The figures below come from the statistical service of the Ministry of the Interior and from a report of the National Assembly. They are facts. The reading is the Empire's.
- 975
- homicide victims in 2025
- +4%
- attempted homicides, 2025
- 137,602
- removal orders issued in 2025
- 11%
- execution rate in the long series
Homicides: SSMSI, statistical review “Insecurity and crime in 2025”, published 9 July 2026. Removal orders: special rapporteur, National Assembly, autumn 2026, from the Ministry of the Interior.
The street
The facts are recorded. The pavement is not held.
In 2025, 975 people were victims of homicide in France. The definitive review of 9 July 2026 calls the figure stable against 2024, after the rise observed from 2020 to 2023. Attempted homicides still rose, by 4%. Since 2016 they had been rising by about 8% a year.
Recorded physical violence rose again by 5%, inside the family and outside it. Sexual violence rose by 8%, and rape and attempted rape by 9%. Of intentional homicides, 12% are treated as committed for gain, that is 121 victims: score-settling, or homicide in the course of a theft. A street is not a mood. It is a place one holds, or gives up.
Nayib Bukele* showed what a country becomes when the State takes the street back from the gang. El Salvador went from 6,656 murders in 2015 to 82 in 2025. The Empire does not copy a state of exception and call it a constitution. It executes the law that already exists, and it stops negotiating the pavement.
The border
An order that is not carried out is not an order.
In 2025 the prefectures issued 137,602 obligations to leave French territory. The Ministry of the Interior reported 17,663 of them carried out, to the Assembly's special rapporteur. The same report, in its long series, keeps an execution rate of 11%. Close to nine orders in ten therefore remain a dead letter, whichever of those two figures one prefers.
The same year, 156,058 removal measures were issued. The border police counted 23,549 forced, assisted or spontaneous removals from metropolitan France, that is 15%. Papers are multiplied. People are not made to leave.
The Empire expels foreigners flagged for the safety of the State. It expels the foreign offender who is in prison. It strips the criminal dual national, then puts him out. The dealer in a social flat loses the flat, and his family with it. That is not an acquired right on the neighbour's back.
The sovereign functions
Police, gendarmerie, the army. Nothing that does not belong to them.
Police, gendarmerie and the army stay. The committees that comment on their work do not. Every officer on duty wears a body camera. An interruption triggers an inquiry. That protects the citizen as much as the officer.
The war on narcotics has means, sentences and a real detoxification. Subutex ceases to be street money. Illegal gold, in Guiana as elsewhere, is treated as organised crime. The overseas paper says where the border is a sea, and not a circular.
We do not make war on what does not threaten France. The effort goes to research, training and equipment. Military service, if it returns, returns by plebiscite. It is not the compulsory model of old: the people say whether the link between the guard, training and relief makes sense.
Security is not a feeling to be measured in a poll. It is the execution of the sentence, the execution of removal, and a street one can walk without asking leave.
